Ashley Culver is a New York-based personal trainer, movement specialist, and founder of Lift NYC. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Ashley brings Southern warmth and serious skill to everything she does. She’s a certified personal trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF), with advanced specialization in pre- and postnatal fitness through ProNatal, as well as deep expertise in strength training, athletic performance, kettlebells, TRX, injury prevention, and sustainable weight loss.
Ashley began her career in group fitness, where she developed her signature blend of high energy and inclusive coaching. But it’s in one-on-one training where she thrives—designing personalized programs that meet each client’s body, goals, and lifestyle with care and intention.
As a mother, wife, artist, and business owner, Ashley knows firsthand how chaotic life can be—and how vital it is to have a foundation of strength and self-care. For her, fitness is more than physical. It’s a way to take back control, find alignment, and improve every other part of life.
