Larissa Crecco

Larissa brings over 15 years of professional movement experience to Lift NYC. After moving to Los Angeles at 18 to pursue a career in dance, she went on to perform with world-renowned artists including Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Missy Elliott, Gwen Stefani, 50 Cent, and many others. She also spent more than a decade performing with The Walt Disney Company.

Drawing from her background in dance, performance, and fitness, Larissa helps clients build strength, confidence, and body awareness through thoughtful, individualized coaching. Her approach blends athletic performance with intentional movement, creating sessions that challenge and support clients at every stage of their journey.

Whether working with beginners, experienced exercisers, or performers looking to enhance longevity and resilience, Larissa’s lifelong passion for movement continues to inspire her commitment to helping others become stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies.
