About
Meghan is a New York City–based dancer, choreographer, and Pilates instructor who brings both artistry and deep anatomical knowledge into every session. Trained in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and hip-hop from a young age, Meghan went on to earn her B.F.A. in Dance with a minor in Exercise and Sport Science from Wayne State University. Her career as a performer has taken her from Detroit Opera’s La Traviata to collaborative works across the U.S. and abroad, giving her a unique perspective on movement, alignment, and the body in motion.
Alongside her performance career, Meghan is a STOTT Pilates Comprehensive Certified Instructor, where she combines her understanding of anatomy and muscular systems with a warm, encouraging teaching style. She believes Pilates is for everyone and uses it to help clients build functional strength, enhance mobility, and prevent injury.
Clients often note Meghan’s kind, welcoming energy — she greets every session with a smile and creates a supportive environment where people of all levels can feel challenged, cared for, and capable. Whether in group classes or private sessions, her goal is to leave clients feeling stronger, longer, and more connected to their bodies.
