Born and raised in New York City, Erin’s journey into health and fitness began at a young age. Growing up in a family facing serious health challenges, she saw firsthand how deeply lifestyle choices affect outcomes. By twelve, she had already finished her first nutrition book — the spark that set her on a lifelong path toward wellness.
Today, Erin is a NASM-certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and behavior change specialist, with additional training in Pilates and strength work. Her approach is holistic: she believes the body and mind are inseparable, and lasting results come from addressing both.
In her sessions, Erin combines supportive coaching with diligence. She helps clients recover from injuries, manage stress, build strength, and create habits that stick. Her style emphasizes accountability, clear communication, and tailoring workouts to each stage of life — from pregnancy and postpartum to peri- and post-menopause, or building resilience in later years.
