Casey builds things – and keeps them running. At Lift NYC, that means everything from mopping floors to negotiating lease terms, from carrying drywall to designing the website. Most of the art on the walls is his, as is much of the brand’s visual DNA.

He describes his job simply: to materialize Ashley’s vision – to take the macro idea of community and impact and give it form in the real world. On any given day, that might mean rewiring a light fixture, refining a business model, or helping a neighbor shovel snow off the sidewalk.

Casey’s energy lands somewhere between craftsman and Tasmanian Devil – fast-moving, a little chaotic, but always in service of harmony. His aim is to create an environment that feels considered and alive, where the details tell a story and the work means something to everyone it touches: clients, trainers, and neighbors alike.

Casey’s path hasn’t been linear – from a rough start in high school to graduating cum laude from Vanderbilt University on a full academic scholarship. He went on to work internationally as a model, found a successful digital marketing agency, and later merge those worlds of art, business, and grit into Lift NYC.

These days he builds spaces, brands, and systems – but mostly, he builds momentum.
