About
Ana is a professional dancer whose journey into Pilates began as a way to deepen her connection to movement. What started as cross-training soon became a passion—one that revealed how Pilates could enhance every aspect of her physical awareness, strength, and expression. Inspired by this discovery, she began teaching, eager to help others move better and feel better in their everyday lives.
Ana’s approach is rooted in the belief that movement should feel good—not forced. She rejects the outdated “no pain, no gain” mindset and instead focuses on helping each person find what works for their body. Whether you’re an athlete, recovering from an injury, or stepping into a fitness studio for the first time, Ana meets you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and a deep understanding that every body is different.
Her classes blend thoughtful sequencing, creative variations, and just the right amount of challenge to keep both the body and brain engaged. With a consistent warm-up and ever-evolving flows, Ana brings a contemporary style to her sessions—always infused with great music and a sense of fun. Because if you’re not enjoying the movement, she believes, you’re less likely to return.
To Ana, Pilates is more than a workout. It’s a reset button—a way to realign the body, clear the mind, and tap into a daily dose of serotonin. She’s driven by the joy of seeing her clients stand taller, move with more ease, and walk out of class feeling a little more alive than when they came in.
She teaches because she’s grateful: for the ability to move every day, for the city she now calls home, and for the chance to help others feel their absolute best—strong, balanced, and fully connected.
