About
After twelve years in New York City, Alla knows the toll a fast-paced lifestyle can take on both body and mind. For her, discovering Pilates wasn’t just about fitness—it was about finding stillness in motion, a way to quiet the noise and reconnect with herself.
Pilates became her sanctuary. It offered grounding, ease, and a renewed sense of freedom in her body. What started as self-care evolved into something deeper—a belief in the power of mindful movement to transform not just how we feel physically, but how we show up in every part of our lives. That belief is what she now shares in every class she teaches.
Alla’s approach is gentle, intentional, and deeply intuitive. She doesn’t push her students to “power through”—instead, she helps them tune in, listen to what their bodies crave, and move from a place of clarity and connection. Her goal isn’t just to help you move better—it’s to help you feel better: in your body, your breath, your sleep, and your day-to-day mood.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or deep in your practice, Alla creates space for you to slow down, reset, and leave class feeling just a little more open—physically and mentally. Shoulders drop, tension softens, and the little aches start to melt away.
To Alla, Pilates is more than movement—it’s self-care that ripples outward. When we feel more at ease in our bodies, we think more clearly, connect more deeply, and live more intentionally. It’s subtle, but powerful. And over time, it changes everything.
