Ana is a professional dancer whose journey into Pilates began as a way to deepen her connection to movement. What started as cross-training soon became a passionβone that revealed how Pilates could enhance every aspect of her physical awareness, strength, and expression. Inspired by this discovery, she began teaching, eager to help others move better and feel better in their everyday lives.
Anaβs approach is rooted in the belief that movement should feel goodβnot forced. She rejects the outdated βno pain, no gainβ mindset and instead focuses on helping each person find what works for their body.
